The Award Goes To ...

Mayor Chen Chu - WDSF President Carlos Freitag © KCG During the "Banquet for Distinguished Guests" held on the occasion of the World DanceSport Games 2013 on 17 September, WDSF Carlos Freiag received the "Honoured Citizenship" award from Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chu.

On 20 September and during the Closing Ceremony at the K-Arena, WDSF President Freitag presented Mayor Chen with the first WDSF Leadership Award in recognition of her efforts in organising and delivering the inaugural edition of the World DanceSport Games in Kaohsiung.

Also during the Closing Ceremony, WDSF President Freitag received a commemorative set of World DanceSport Games 2013 medals from the hands of Mayor Chen.

The presentation of the WDSF Athlete's Award to Paolo Bosco, ITA, was reported on here, but the appropriate photograph did not reach us until now. It is also added below!
