Sochi 2014 Wheelchair DanceSport
Wheelchair DanceSport was an integral part of the Closing Ceremony to the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games that concluded on Sunday.
In fact, the ceremony was opened with choreographed pieces performed by members of the Russian Wheelchair DanceSport Federation together with trapeze artists in distinctive illuminated costumes.
The hosts of the next Winter Paralympic Games in Pyeongchang, KOR, in 2018 also had a group of dancers in wheelchairs taking to the floor of the Fisht Stadium.
