- Venue: St.Petersburg, Congress Hall of the hotel «Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya», Korablestroiteley Street 14.
- Rules: in accordance with IDSF and DSFR Rules.
- Adjudicators: IDSF and DSFR licensed judges.
- Entries: not later may 10 2011 on-line www.dsfr.ru
- Entry fees: in accordance with IDSF and DSFR rules.
- Registration: 1,5 hour before start, finish at 30 minutes before start.

For issuing Russian entry VISA: send a scanned copy of passport, name of the suitable town in your country with Russian Consulate to get VISA.
