While we are realistic about the outcome of the IWGA The World Games poll for the "Athlete of the Year 2017" award, we would still like to see you #voteJacekandAnna one more time today. 

They are in fourth place and without prospect to move up. They're trailing by some 40,000 votes ... But let them be the #TeamofTheYear like Gabriele Goffredo & Anna Matus in the last #AoTY.

Like Jefferson Benjumea - Adriana Avila, COL, Aniello Langella - Khrystyna Moshenska, ITA, and Dmitry Zharkov - Olga Kulikova, RUS, before them, DanceSport's representatives in last year's edition for the IWGA Athlete of the Year" didn't make it to the top of the poll either. Gabriele Goffredo and Anna Matus, MDA, finished a very honourable fourth and received an unexpected mention on the IWGA website as the "best team."
