Daniil Ulanov - Kateryna Isakovych

It's very satisfying to get confirmation that visitors read what gets posted here. And yesterday's news item on the upcoming European Ten Dance was widely read and commented on. Even to the extent that the WDSF Sports Director received hundreds of emails because of it.

Considerable controversy was stirred because of the reference made to the couple Daniil Ulanov - Kateryna Isakovych representing Cyprus in tomorrow's championship. As pointed out by the Sports Director, Daniil and Kateryna will not be able to dance under their new flag in Copenhagen. They danced for Ukraine in the 2015 World Ten Dance on 5 September and are not eligible to represent any other country in Championships or Cups until the period of twelve (12) months has elapsed - as per Rule D.2.2.3. of the WDSF Competition Rules. The couple has been informed accordingly!
