Their first result on record dates back to 2002, when they were seventh at a Senior I Open in the Netherlands. A little more than twelve years later and three age groups higher they danced to the top of the podium - again in the Netherlands.
We don't have any videos of the Italian couple yet, but here are the two phortographs that our colleague Helmut Roland took of the new World CHampions in round three.
