Pietro Del Bello - Faye Hung, HKG
After winning the bronze medal at the PD Senior I World Championship in July, we have chosen today to close a long chapter of our career as competitive athletes after winning 1st place at the prestigious International Senior Cup competition in Pieve di Cento, Italy.
Our story has lasted for a good 11 years: 11 years of study, passion, tears and laughter, satisfaction and dellusions, victories and defeats, and most importantly, constant challenges that has allowed us to arrive at we are today. The closure of a career that includes competing in many competitions around the world, our rivals and all that surrounds us.
We are closing this page of our story to open another page even bigger, as judges and as coaches, to transmit to the new generation our immense passion for this sport, the same passion that has overwhelmed us all these years.
In this very important moment, we cannot forget to thank all our friends, teachers and trainers at the Team Diablo Academy. Thank you for sharing with us these splendid years full of laughter and challenges.
