Dancers planning on travelling to Chengdu, CHN, next week to take part in one of the three World Championships that are held there should be aware that the terms for issuance of a visa to People's Republic have changed - at least in some countries.

Spain serves as an example. Holders of a Spanish passport that has been issued in 2013 or later must submit their old passport together with their application. If they don't have an older passport, they should have a document issued by the authorities that no such travel document existed or that it was lost.
