2021 PD World ShowDance STD Leipzig
Two WDSF PD World Championships in one special event in Leipzig. Not only the best WDSF PD Latin Dancers had come to Leipzig, but also the best of the world in ShowDance Standard. 11 couples from 6 nations started for the title.
More than 2.500 visitors had come to the exhibition hall in Leipzig to follow these two major competitions of the WDSF Professionals. Directly after the finsih of the final of the WDSF PD World Latin, the World ShowDance Standard was started. 
At the end Valentin & Renata Lusin from Germany won the title with their show "Chess".
At the end of the prize presentation Valentin and Renata Lusin declared their retirement of competition dancing after winning this World Championship ShowDance Standard. Valentin and Renata had been dancing for 18 years in competitions now and achieved 4 runners-up positions in showdance section before. They will continue as trainers, judges and they like to dance show also in future. We are looking forward to meet them anywhere. The interview can be watched on DanceSportTotal.
Runners-up position was won by Alexandru Ionel - Patricija Belousova from Germany with their show "Noelis"
3rd place was given to Domenico Aliberti - Roberta Cardone from Italy. The tilte of their show is "Mary Poppins".
4th place: Alessandro Ilarioni - Aurora Sbardella, Italy. The title of their show is "Fil Rouge"
5th place: Stanislaw Wolyniec - Katarzyna Tunska, Poland. The title of their show is
"Misssss Piggy aaaaand Kermit the Frog"
6th place: John Edward Nolan - Laura Nolan, Ireland. The title of their show is "Marilyn"
