2013 AIMAG Incheon

DanceSport proved to be a success at the gate during the recent Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) in Incheon, KOR. These games brought together 1,400 athletes from 40+ nations contesting medals in altogether 100 events over a period of nine days.

The AIMAG are held at four-year intervals under the auspices of the Olympic Council of Asia

Of the 12 sports contested in Incheon, DanceSport ended up in second place behind futsal (indoor football) in a standing established per number of tickets sold. And it did it with only 2 days of competition at the games main venue, the Samsan World Gymnasium.
